Fokus Ursus is located in the newest part of Ursus - Szamoty, which is characterized exclusively by new buildings, completed within the last few years under the urban planners' assumptions resulting from the Local Spatial Development Plan (MPZP). This is the reason we already know that shortly, our immediate neighborhood will be an educational complex and a public city park. The new District Town Hall office building is also located in this new part of the neighborhood.

The immediate neighborhood of the Fokus Ursus is an almost complete and self-sufficient district with a wide educational offer, with numerous shops, supermarkets, and shopping centers, e.g. Factory Ursus.

A great advantage of the district is its efficient public transport: buses and stops of the Fast Urban Railway and the Mazovian Railway. Thanks to the new expressways (S8), it is also easy to get to or from the city center (A2, E77).

According to the Warsaw metro extension study, stops for two new metro lines are planned in our neighborhood.

Ursus is the most intimate district of Warsaw, formerly associated with industry and now with green areas and numerous playgrounds. The Ursus district is also considered to be the safest district in Warsaw.
